To set up the Treatlife app for a smart switch, follow these steps: Scan the QR code in the user guide or search "TREATLIFE" in the app stores to download and register the app; ensure your phone and switch are connected to the 2.4GHz WiFi network; power on the smart switch and long-press the on/off button to enter pairing mode; then pair the smart device, input your WiFi password, and successfully add it to your network.
The Treatlife 3-way smart switch combines 3-way capability with smart lighting technology, allowing you to control the light from two different locations and through a smartphone or voice assistant. This switch requires a neutral wire (commonly available in homes built after 1978) and is suitable for both single-pole and 3-way applications, with a maximum power of 1250W and 10A output current. It only supports 2.4GHz WiFi connectivity during setup.

Before installation, please note the following: 1. Neutral wires are required, as our switch is not compatible with circuits without a neutral wire. If unsure, consult an electrician. 2. Ensure your home circuit has a neutral wire and only install one 3-way switch per circuit, positioning it on the side nearest the power source. 3. Tighten the wire caps securely during the wiring process to ensure the switch receives power and functions properly. 4. The switch must connect to the 2.4GHz WiFi network within the specified 3-minute pairing time to avoid connection failure.
